1. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering, you confirm that all provided information is accurate.

2. Account Rules & Restrictions

• One Account Per User: Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. Creating multiple accounts will result in immediate and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• No Bots or VPNs: The use of VPNs, proxies, bots, or any automated scripts that harm or manipulate our site is strictly forbidden.
• Users are fully responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.

3. Earnings & Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is $0.20.
• Supported payment methods include Crypto, FaucetPay, BinancePay, bKash, and Wise.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 48 hours of the request.
• If a withdrawal request is rejected due to fraud or TOS violations, any associated referral commissions will be reversed from the referrer's account.

4. Advertising & Refund Policy

• Deposits made to the Purchase Balance are strictly for advertising purposes and are non-refundable to your primary withdrawal balance or external wallets.
• If an active advertisement is deleted by the user, the remaining unused budget will be refunded back to the Purchase Balance.

5. Prohibited Advertisements

Advertisers are strictly prohibited from promoting the following content:

• Drugs, illegal substances, or weapons.
• Pornography or adult content.
• Terrorism, hate speech, or violence.

Penalty: Any violation will result in the immediate removal of the ad, permanent account ban, and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Account Inactivity

If you do not log in to your account for 120 consecutive days, your account will be permanently deleted. This includes the forfeiture of your main balance, purchase balance, referral connections, and all account data.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

MiniTasky acts as an advertising platform. We are not responsible for the content promoted by third-party advertisers. If a user chooses to invest in or participate in third-party sites (such as Ponzi schemes, gambling platforms, or high-yield investment programs) viewed through our ads and incurs financial loss, MiniTasky is not liable.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
